Hello, I just want to briefly share my experience with Crownplay. I signed up with Crownplay 10 days ago and deposited 50 euros from my Mastercard and started playing and, as expected, lost everything. But the shock came 3 days later when I looked at my account, 3 x 50 euros had been debited again, the money went to Poland, 50 euros to London and 50 euros to Kenya, plus foreign fees in each case. I had my bank card blocked and have only had trouble because the card was hacked, tried to contact Crownplay but couldn't get through. For me it was a 200 euro experience.

I know your replying to another player, but in terms of verification, they won't allow me to verify my account, and in the verification section it states I don't need to which is very odd...this will be my 2nd withdrawal, I did a test withdrawal of a smaller amount, to see if they'd pay out ($60AUD) which they did in 2 days, unverified..so, to have multiple complaints about this place within the same time period, wouldn't that be of concern? They're not sending out emails to everyone on what's happening, there's no communication at all...so in my opinion, this wouldn't be a reliable place for anyone to play or join. And I still haven't received my withdrawal either.
Totally understand your point of view, for sure, it is strange that there are so many delays. This, of course, can be caused by many aspects, like too many withdrawal requests, or that the casino may be understaffed, I would say. I just hope that there is nothing else to it, right? I saw your complaint, and our team will intervene after the 14 day time period we usually give casinos to proceed the payments. We'll find out, eventually, if you will need to pass thru the verification process, or the casino really doesn't need you to. I just hope, that it won't take long. in the meantime, please, inform us about any changes to your case, we'll be here waiting.

So congratulations, even though you needed to wait little bit longer, than you would wish. Are you going to move on somewhere else now?
So I received both payments today.
I am/was also new to the site. It took exactly 12 days for each payout.

Hello. I am really sorry to hear you've had this kind of experience. Have you tried to contact your bank regarding this? Try to get a chargeback, perhaps? There could be some chance of it, I reckon. Could you do that, and let us know, please, how did it go? The casino could really be not "guilty" here, in my opinion.🤷♀️

So I've been waiting for my payment for 3 working days now. I'll wait another 2 days and if not, I'll file a complaint. Terms and conditions are terms and conditions...everyone should abide by them.

Bei der Verifizierung stand, dass keine Verifizierung mehr nötig ist.
