I've heard that casinos that don't have a license in Germany (e.g. a Malta license) can completely reclaim the money they gambled away. I mean legally. The newspaper said that there should be lawyers who conduct class action lawsuits here and only want a share of the profits.
Does anyone of you here have any idea where I can find such lawyers. Google didn't really help me here. Maybe I was looking wrong.

I wanted to share my experiences with you here. I was very skeptical about this topic of repayment at the beginning, but I went through with it and maybe that's why some people are following suit.
Aaaalso. I lost over 30k at Tipico, mostly sports betting, but also a bit of casino. When I saw the first advertisement for reclaim, I thought: I must be screwing myself. Why should something like that work? But a friend of mine went straight through with it. He was at the Staudt law firm in Munich and at some point everything went his way and after about 8 months he received a settlement offer of 55%. He showed me everything and I thought to myself: what do I have to lose? So I contacted the boys too. The advice was great and because I (of course) had no money, I had to do it through financiers. 38% is a lot, but 62% is more than I could dream of.
At the beginning everything took a really long time and at some point I forgot that I had even started it. Then an email came and they told me: Tipico lawyers are writing back now, we'll write something else, then they'll write again, etc. At some point the court said that I had to go to the court hearing. I had the scare of my life. But it took longer than 8 months, and the court hearing took place after over a year. Of course it was postponed twice because the judge was sick.... Of course........ But the hearing was great, the judge was correct, Tipico's lawyer chatted a bit and complained, but Mr. Staudt remained extremely quiet. For your information, in civil law there is no verdict in the trial. So nothing happened and three days later Mr. Staudt called me and said that they were offering me 40%. Then my gambler brain kicked in and I said: I want at least 60%. They then talked and a few days later we signed the contract. Then it took another 4 weeks and they transferred the money to me. I swear to you that was the best day of my life.
Then I wanted to start Bet365 but it was "only" 7k. I wanted to pay myself, but the guys told me they shouldn't because they don't know whether they'll still be around at some point or whether they'll go bankrupt. I just did financing again and now I'm waiting again.
No matter what happens, this saved my life.
Let's face it people, if you need a recommendation then go to Staudt . Can't say anything bad about the boys.
