Hello everyone, I was able to recover all my losses with the law firm von Rüden because online gambling is simply illegal in Germany and the courts are on the side of the players. Contact the law firm von Rüden because they were able to compare almost all casinos. 1 judgment I have and is final and the rest of all comparisons. Get 50% back from deposits. !!!!! https://www.rueden.de/lp/online-casino/

Hello,

how could you recover all your losses if you manage to get 50% of your deposits? 🤔

How could you say for sure that the amount will be exactly 50% of all deposited funds?

Does it mean that the company gets the other 50% maybe?

This is actually a topic that interests me a lot. My initial thought was - why would a casino licensed somewhere in Curacao or not having a license at all would be willing to cooperate with a law firm from Germany? Why would they even care so I went to the website you posted here.

The answer is very short and simple - they won't care. The website says that:

"Anyone who has made losses in an online casino now has a good chance of getting the lost money back."

Then it mentions the list of casinos where you have a chance to get your money back. I went through the list briefly and checked about 15 casinos from it. All of them were licensed in Malta, possibly UK and Gibraltar and now we're getting to the point. I have no doubt that the firm is able to claim the deposits back from casinos licensed in Europe, specifically Malta, since it's the part of EU and the casinos probably want to avoid the conflict with the German licensing authority. It could simply endanger their Maltese license and it's not wort it for them. The law firm gets the deposits back, most probably will take a commission that could be around 50% of the deposits and that's it.

On the other hand, I'm quite confident claiming that the firm won't manage to get the deposits back from thousands of casinos licensed in Curacao where many of them are popular among German players and they definitely won't be able to claim deposits back from casinos that don't have any license.

I'd also like to warn all players before claiming your deposits back if you don't intend to stop gambling forever. They casinos stated on the list of the brands where you can claim your deposits back are very decent, some casinos are one of the best. It's still possible that they'll acquire the German license in the future, but when you decide to claim your deposits back from them through the law firm, you'll get banned there forever. It's also necessary to mention that casinos cooperate together, some of there are even a part of a bigger groups. When you claim your deposits back from a single casino, you can get blocked in many others.

To sum it up - I believe that the law firm posted above can be successful in claiming your deposits back from casinos licensed in Europe, but don't think that you will just regularly play in these casinos and every time you lose, you'll get 50% of your deposits back through the firm. You'll end up being banned everywhere were quickly and then you'll be forced to play in shady casinos that don't care about anything (including players) or you'll be forced to play in casinos licensed in Germany and we all know that German players really don't like to do that because of the local gambling rules (max. bet per spin, max. deposit per month, no autospins, lower RTP by 5% due to government taxes etc.)

Hello,

probably - yes.

Feel free to read about a player who uses this company:

Anyway, Daniel made a strong point:

"I believe that the law firm posted above can be successful in claiming your deposits back from casinos licensed in Europe, but don't think that you will just regularly play in these casinos and every time you lose, you'll get 50% of your deposits back through the firm"
