I asked the casino three times on different days for a self-exclusion, starting in mid-November because I don't have myself under control and have lost a lot of money. I waited patiently but nothing happened and I slipped deeper and deeper and lost more and more money. This is not okay if you ask to be blocked because you don't have myself under control and the terms and conditions advertise that this will happen within 24 hours at the latest. I have lost thousands of euros, my account is still not blocked and unfortunately I have gambled away all my money. This is an addiction, I understand that, but as a casino you are obliged to support your players who pay a lot in a case like this. I am asking for an inspection, I have all the evidence. I have written to Casinia support and to dpo.casinia, but they have not helped me at all. I respectfully request a refund of the money I lost and an immediate blocking of my account.

und zwar habe ich dem casino 3x an verschiedenen Tage um eine selbstauschluss gebeten schon angefangen mitte november da ich mich selbst nicht unter Kontrolle habe und seeehr viel geld verloren habe.. Ich hab geduldig warten können aber es passierte nichts und ich rutschte immer tiefer und verlore mehr und mehr geld dies ist nicht ok wenn man selbst bittet sich sperren zu lassen da man sich nicht unter Kontrolle hat und in den agb damit geworben wird das man in 24 std spätestens passiert.. ich habe tausende euro verloren bis jetzt ist mein konto immer noch nicht gesperrt und ich habe leider mein komplettes Geld verspielt dies hier ist eine Sucht das versteh ich aber als Casinio ist man verpflichtet seinen Spieler die viel zahlen in so einem fall zu unterstützen ich bitte um eine Kontrolle beweise habe ich alle vorhanden .. ich hab an support Casinia geschrieben und an dpo.casinia geholfen wird mir absolut nicht ich bitte respektvoll um eine Rückerstattung meines verlorenes Geld und eine sofortige sperre meines accounts
