I made an account here, did not give bonuses because I am from Finland, I played a lot and my level went up, but did not give any rewards that I earned while playing.

then I had played myself in the tournament management with which I would be entitled to a 90e cash prize, I went to ask if I could get this either so the only answer was that Finns don't get bonuses !!

so I played in vain in this Russian shit casino.

I then said I was closing my account and it took one second for that account to close.

is a really inappropriate casino and customer service !!

very exciting question if I may say. The list is usually found in the bonus terms or the general terms.

I checked the bonus and it says "Some types of games have a decreased contribution towards the wagering requirements: Slots 100%, Live games 0%, Table games 0%." + "Multiple games are excluded from the bonus offer" so I'd definitely check the terms or alternatively ask the chat operator and make a screenshot 🙂.

Normally, you should not be able to start the restricted slot while the bonus is active, BUT I recommend checking the rules and the chat first. Some casino platforms just can't block the games automatically - sadly it happens.

Hi, thank you for responding, but I was finally able to speak with a rep in live chat.

(FYI) I was clearly told that to wager the bonus winnings I needed to use cash, so in other words I need to make a deposit.

The next "catch 22" with that if I deposit I am either getting my 1st deposit bonus welcome package or I keep the No deposit bonus winnings & no 1st deposit bonus. (1 or the other)

But on my 2nd deposit I would be eligible for my 2nd deposit bonus, from the welcome package.

It's unfortunate because for me, a no deposit bonus is to try out different games at that casino before I commit to depositing.

So i hope you guys update the terms for others.

Other casinos this company runs are Marvel Casino, Beep beep Casino, F1 casino and pelican casino. None of them got a license and they use fake slots

Hi, i would like to share another experince with CANDY CASINO.

I played there few days ago and took 25 spins bonus with waggering 10x. I rollover those spins and won 60 euros with 35 deposit...i small bet player. I try to withdraw, but support remind me i need to wagger deposit 3 times. When i managed to do that support sent me a message...i vaoilated bonus policy, some rules three bonus in row, which means, they cancel my winnings and leave my balance i deposited. then i need to deposit another 25 euros and rollover this second deposit again 3 times. WTF? sorry for those words. I barely managed to rollover it again and in the end i withdraw 45 euros with 15 minus. i blocked them.
