I ordered a withdrawal of funds to the mifinity online wallet. The funds have not even been processed for withdrawal to this day!
I will add that my account is fully verified by the casino, returning to the matter. I have had 4 conversations with support on the site, the first two I got information that they have a lot of orders and that is why there is a queue and it takes so long, after a week they stopped writing such nonsense and write that my withdrawal is being processed. But when it will be processed, why it takes so long, they can't say anymore. Overall, it stinks of a scam, it's strange that you are promoting them here after the negative opinions.
I'll probably start at the end of your post. We don't promote casinos but we provide information about them, which makes a big difference. This particular casino has a safety index below average, which does not make me think we are promoting it.
Anyway, to get to the point. It's a pretty common thing that casinos have queues and unfortunately sometimes withdrawals can be late. But based on what you say, it should be in the process of being transferred and they should send it to you soon. We give casinos 14 days to resolve any difficulties and if they have not managed to send you the funds even by that time, then you can file a complaint with us and we will try to help you.
So will you be patient and check how it all turns out ? 🙂
Coming back to my case, the casino is 100% a scam and they do not pay out anyone's deposits, both chat and @ are answered by bots who write almost the same answer to every question, that it is processing of the financial department, that the queue is long, that there is a problem with the payment provider. The same answer to every question. Ps. If you don't promote, posting on your website is already promoting...
To which case are we gatting back to, please? I also not fully comprehand on what occasion should the casino pay out deposits? Casinos should pay out legitimate winningsm for sure.
Anyway, thanks for mentioning the supports and chat quality.
When it comes to promoting, I think you are are far to quick with your judgement. This casino is marked as "below average" we inform that we consider the casino's T&Cs to be unfair. Are you sure this is how pormoting looks like? 🙂
Our values say "informing instead of promoting" so, we share honest information, the rest is up to the players.
This casino frequently sends false promotional offers.
This is because the casino can void promotions at will, even voiding the first deposit bonus for newly registered users.
It seems that the casino makes its money by forcing people to deposit with false bonuses and then forcing them to wager several times more than they would otherwise.
Did it actually happen to you? Did they void the welcome bonus?
It doesn't sound very nice to me, to tell you the truth and players should know about it, if it is really like that.
Everything regarding wagering should be clearly stated in the bonus terms, of course, and the casino should not change it any time they want. Right?
The casino sends second and third deposit bonus promotions via email, and the casino website states that deposit bonuses are offered on Fridays.
However, when I actually make a deposit, I do not receive the bonus.
This is because the casino limits bonuses at its discretion.
I do not abuse bonuses at this casino.
I only used the first deposit bonus.
If they limit you just for taking advantage of the first deposit bonus, what is the point of listing the second and subsequent deposit bonuses and weekly reload bonuses in the first place, don't you think?
Did you get any other explanation for voiding the bonus, or just the one on the screenshot? 🤔
I reckon that no one would make more deposits if they refused to give them bonuses, of course. I would like to know the reason for doing so, though.

Hey there!
I'd say you're mixing a few things. I'd like to elaborate a bit.
Firstly, it's pretty normal that such promos are sent to almost anyone; these email campaigns are most likely held by a third-party company. So, imagine you are, for some reason, excluded from the bonuses. That's interesting, though. How many casinos have excluded you from bonuses so far? Anyway, there will surely be a gap until the email agency gets an updated list of recipients.
It's quite common that you are not eligible for the bonus just because you received an email. Rules and the casino's decision are what matter.
No one will craft a special newsletter to reflect your current situation, that's the matter, I'd say.
Due to that, I'd say the rest of your point is out of hand.
Have you tried to consider this perspective?
It is important to note that I just registered with this casino.
I have only used my first deposit bonus, as stated in the email about the 2nd deposit bonus.
The fact that I am not eligible for the bonus despite this means that all users will be in the same situation.
I received a bonus offer from this casino and activated it and made a deposit.
However, in reality it was a false offer and the casino sent it to me by mistake.
I asked for a refund, which the casino denied, because the deposit would not have occurred if the offer had not been sent by mistake.
Is it allowed to operate in a way that makes people make deposits with false offers?
Hi, did the casino tell you that they sent you this bonus incorrectly ? They should probably be responsible for what they send and I wouldn't be happy if they sent me one and then said I couldn't actually use it. If it was a free bonus, then I would turn a blind eye, but if I had to make a deposit I wouldn't be thrilled either.
Why doesn't the casino want to give you a refund they told you ?
Of course, if you feel you can't resolve it, I would go ahead and file a complaint.
The casino previously excluded me from bonus eligibility.
Then I received a deposit bonus offer, so I decided I was eligible for the bonus and made a deposit.
However, the casino mistakenly sent me the wrong offer and I was still excluded from the bonus.
I requested a refund because if the casino had not sent the wrong offer, the deposit would not have occurred in the first place, but the casino refused to do so.
Sure, I understand that if the casino excluded you from the bonuses, then some mistake could have occurred. I don't know why they wouldn't let you withdraw the money you put in based on it. I mean, if the casino decided that you shouldn't get bonuses, then they made a mistake.
So that's why I recommended the complaint and I would probably go for it.
The casino insists that you must wager a certain amount of your deposit in order to make a withdrawal.
However, since the deposit was caused by the casino's error, it should be invalid.
I also think that if the deposit was for a bonus they sent you and then said you weren't entitled to it, wagering shouldn't apply to that deposit. But that's why I recommended a complaint, because our team will look at it and assess it more accurately than I did.
