My account was fully verified for years, with multiple successful deposits and withdrawals. Recently, it was suddenly closed while I had a balance of around €46,000, and €41,000 of that was confiscated with a generic "multi-accounting" claim, without any clear explanation or evidence.


I also tried contacting the licensing authority but received no response.


From a player’s perspective, this really raises concerns about how effective these licensing bodies actually are in practice.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with the Bettilt platform that confiscated my real money, not bonuses or winnings!

Bettilt confiscated my balance of €956.47, which occurred after a request to withdraw €500 on March 30, 2026.

After several failed withdrawal attempts I contacted support.

Bettilt support (agent Rita) informed me that the balance was confiscated due to a breach of term 10.1 (Betting) on two specific events: USA vs. Belgium and Sousa PB vs. AD Confiança.

I admit that, in ignorance of the specific rules of this house, I placed bets covering different outcomes on the same market. However, it's important to note that:

In the USA vs. Belgium match, my bets resulted in a net loss of €73.24.

In the Sousa PB vs. AD Confiança match, the net profit was just €25.86.
