I met wager requirements - I did 10k dollars turnover but when I did they refuse to pay anyway and now they are not replying for my any messages.

My apologies, I thought you had failed to meet the requirements. In this case, it makes the situation all the more sad when you've done such a large wagering and it still doesn't look good.

It is clear to me that it is difficult to think positively in such a situation, but I want to believe that the casino will not ignore the complaint when it comes to it.

Could you please tell me despite the constant negative feedback AND the fact that the casino no longer has a verifiable license, why does it still hold a positive rating?

Hi, how did you find out that the license is not verifiable ? I tried to click on the seal and it redirected me to a page that is not available, do you have that too ? I'll have our data team look into it and adjust it if that's the case. 

Anyway, the casino has only two complaints against each other and has a 6.8 rating which is not so good I would say. Somehow we don't have many of those player experiences from what I've seen and if someone has a problem at a casino, it's best to file a complaint and if they don't try to resolve it, the safety index will go down. Thus we don't have many things to based on to lower it for now.

Speaking of this casino, have you had any issues with it ?

Hey, that's not how it works here. We don't give casinos away even if they are a scam. We are just trying to inform the players so that they have information, that is our main goal. 

However, I saw that a couple of months ago you had a complaint against them, which ended up with you not being able to answer. Have you tried and played in this casino again since then and something didn't go your way ? 

Yes they blocked my account so I cant even login so I just left - as i said above pure scam. I had like 300 dollars on my account btw, there was no point of replying here as they are not replying anything here as well, anyway thanks for your help.

Yes it's true that they haven't responded anywhere in the complaint yet, so it's possible that it would happen with you too, but it's important to realize in this process that if the players want the safety index to be lowered when there were problems, it won't be possible to do it otherwise than by ending the complaint. If they didn't respond and it was unresolved, they would get black points which have a direct impact on the rating. So that's important to remember and even if something doesn't go through to a successful conclusion, at least that's some satisfaction and the players will be more careful.
