Hi, you still have a problem with the withdrawals ? I saw that a complaint from the summer was still unresolved regarding this casino as it did not reply.
I also notice that you can't get any answer, which is certainly not pleasant either and if you can't get it for so long, I'm quite skeptical if you will get your money.
However, I would like to believe that you will manage to get it. If by any chance something new comes up could you let us know ?

Please blacklist this casino as soon as possible on your site, because it was the main reason I registered.

Yet we are not here to blacklist casinos in the first place. Instead, we keep them visible with all warnings, in order to give players a chance to avoid them. Even your unresolved complaint played its part in the process of lowering the rating. We aim to inform, not hide.
Allow me to say that so far, there have been just 3 complaints submitted against this casino through our website, and per both two unresolved complaints the rating was lower according to the severity of the issue.
I agree it won't help you now. But it may help others since both complaints are freely accessible and visible on the main page. So, everyone who wants to investigate the casino will find all of them.

Hmm, it doesn't feel nice to repeat the same thing over and over to a player for such a long time. I don't understand in this case what can be so difficult about verifying ID for such a long time.

I'd say 1 or 3 times a decent standard due to AML policy, yet I personally believe the total deposited amount should be considered first. Casual players with lower deposits and a vast gaming history usually do not launder money; they just play in casinos, making them wager €100 three times to ensure this sum won't be laundered... I call that silly...
