Depositted around 100 dollars to this sportsbook, played in there just some fun markets as shots live, Premier League etc. Won areound 600 dollars, tried to make withdrawal and then it was rejected. Customer service told me first that its some technical issue and they will be back with email - they didnt. 2 days later another agent told me that i have to play in casino and it will be fixed - I tried and ofc it wasnt. Another day and another chat monkey said that after contacting relevant department I need to wager around 10k dollars (kekw) in their casino - so it is clear that they have stolen my money - no chance to make such a wagering with 300 dollars on account (no wagering info anywhere before depo or after). Unable to withdraw my money will stay there for ever, writing this complain for all of you gamblers - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING SITE! Even my deposit is stolen because you will just lose everything trying to wager this.. Nice tactic

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you play casino games or sports betting only? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I didnt use a bonus and I didnt do any KYC in there. I was betting only but after that they told me that I have to do 10k turnover in casino - update I did it and withdrawals are still disabled. I know my money are lost but hope rating of this scamming site will decrease.

I asked regarding the bonuses because such high wagering is mostly connected to them. In case you did not claim any bonus, the casino still may request to wager your deposit but not in such high amounts.

Yes it is related to sports betting, this site offers it so no idea why you have to reject this case. I didnt breach any of rules. They are breaching it refusing to even let me withdraw my deposit (for 2 months now)(they can take winnings if they wish). Scamming strategies common in crypto books.
