Are there actually casinos with the highest RTP's?

The question is good. I am on the road in many forums but have not met anyone who observed something like that and then posted it live in a forum. There are a lot of casinos out there with lots of slots. It's going to be difficult to grasp them all. And don't they change the numbers every day?

I think it's difficult to answer this. Basically, there's no anything like "casinos with the highest RTP". There are games and these games have different RTP.

Then there could be casinos that don't change the slots RTP at all and they leave the highest possible value by default and then there are casinos that change the RTP, because the provider makes it possible.

When I'm thinking about it, you should be safe when you play games from a provider that doesn't have this feature at all. Then another option is to play in casinos that display the RTP for every slot. If they're controlled by the licensing authority, then the stated RTP should be correct.
