I just hope you realized the message you responded to was not for you but for the other person. We would not suggest filing another sport related complaint.
The message was for "Mauro8".
To be honest, I do not think it is disrespectful to give an open explanation. It would have been disrespectful if the complaint was rejected without a decent explanation. We just can't resolve the sports betting-related matters, that's all.
