I registered with 1Bet. By chance, I won €4300 in the live casino (I deposited €100). Naturally, I wanted to withdraw my winnings. I completed the standard verification process. I made the withdrawal on November 9th, 2025. On November 10th, 2025, I received an email requesting proof of bank transfer. I sent this immediately. On November 10th, 2025, I received a reply requesting a photo of my ID card. I provided this immediately as well. Today is November 12th, 2025, and I haven't received any further response to my ID card request. My payment is still pending. After reading all the reviews, I'm understandably worried.

My payment request has now been officially rejected. I'm supposed to send a notarized copy of my ID. According to forums, the payment still won't be processed even after that.

Hi, this is generally not a very reputable company; you'll have to wait a long time for your money. Just go to a notary and have it certified; it costs about €15, and then nothing else should happen, and they'll pay out after about two weeks. Keep pushing them.

Smaller sums make sense, yes, you just have to be patient and keep stressing them out. In my case it was about €3000, but that came after the authentication.

I received the documents from the notary today. I submitted them directly to the KYC team. I also initiated a new payment. I am now waiting for a response.

Hey, I started this thread a long time ago. I just wanted to say that as long as you haven't accepted a bonus and have met the sales requirements, letters from the tax office or similar official documents are sufficient. They asked for the same thing from me, and that was enough.
