Greetings! I requested a withdrawal of €4000 on March 4th, 2025, but the withdrawal is still pending. The live chat is just holding me back and saying that another department is processing the withdrawal, which I am not allowed to contact. I have been verified for some time now and smaller withdrawals have never been a problem. Can you tell me how long you usually have to wait for such amounts? I am a little worried that not much more will happen here.
Hello,
It's a nice sum, so I understand you are worried; on the other hand, it may be the case. Of course it would be nice to know something that important specifically from the casino, but it seems it is not to be available right now.
Despite the fact that I imagine it must be hard, I suggest waiting. There is still a fair chance the casino is investigating the gaming history or the department has been delayed... According to our review, this casino is quite decent, yet the user rating is mixed. Basically, it is important to get something solid from the casino. Care to try email, or social media? The casino seems to respond to user reviews, so submitting one may connect you with the representative.
Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I cannot access the provider via the link you sent. Is there a way for you to give me an email address so I can get in touch with the right representative or department? Thank you in advance.
May I just ask at which casino do you experience this, please? Just to make sure we don't make any mistake here.
Of course. This is 1bet.com
Today I am also told that another department will handle the payout.
Paid out today via bank transfer. The total period was from March 4 (payment request) to March 12 (payment).
So it's worth waiting, even if the long processing time is stressful.
Glad to hear that.
You see, your national regulator, the GGL - forbids us from showing casinos without this particular license being shown to players from Germany. Quite limiting and not that well thought through, if you ask me. That's why the link didn't work.
In any case, I'm glad you got the money and hope other payouts are quicker. Usually the first one is the biggest pain - the verification, checks and so on. 🙂
We will surely wait for another update from you. Just tell us, please, how the experience is for you so far regarding the withdrawal process. Did you have to verify your account as well?
I'm glad you got it.
How long did it take at the end, and how would you rate the casino after your experience then?
Well, I have to say, to date, I haven't had a good experience with the site. I've been waiting for my money for almost four days, and all I get are emails with the same message: It's being processed. They're betting that the customer will cancel the withdrawal and the money will be lost again. Of all the sites I've played with so far in my life, 1bet is the worst ever.
Which ones are even worth it anymore? These days, banks want to close your account because the providers aren't part of the Oasis system and aren't licensed. Do you know a sports betting site without Lugas that pays out normally and where there's no "hassle"?
Okay, it depends on the bank. My bank has never caused any problems for me. But otherwise, I agree with you about Lugas. Despite everything, 1bet is completely legitimate, regardless of whether it's about bonus terms and conditions that you don't actually get in the end. Or if you're suddenly charged double on deposits. Or, like in my case, after waiting four days, I still haven't received any money from them.
They always speculate with the thought in the back of their mind that the other person will cancel the payment and gamble away everything.
