I sent an email to ( payments@1bet.com ) I sent it to 1Bet asking again exactly what the payout and processing is like and what happens next. I then received an email quite quickly ( kyc@1bet.com ) received around 4:00 p.m. on the same day asking for proof of address because my address does not match the registered address. This also fits because I have moved and haven't confirmed the new address yet.
