Update:
Today I received my €100 deposit back. The reason given was that I had allegedly violated the bonus terms and conditions.
To my knowledge, the accusation refers to the fact that bets with minimum odds of 1.80 were not allowed. In my opinion, however, it is hardly realistic to consistently place only bets with odds of 1.80 or higher without incurring losses.
My winnings of approximately €880 were nevertheless withheld.
Now that I have at least received my deposit back, I have requested the closure of my account.
My personal conclusion from this experience: I will no longer use this site and cannot currently recommend it based on my experience. Everyone should carefully review the bonus terms and conditions and be aware of the potential consequences.
