Today I received my €100 deposit back. The reason given was that I had allegedly violated the bonus terms and conditions.

To my knowledge, the accusation refers to the fact that bets with minimum odds of 1.80 were not allowed. In my opinion, however, it is hardly realistic to consistently place only bets with odds of 1.80 or higher without incurring losses.

My winnings of approximately €880 were nevertheless withheld.

Now that I have at least received my deposit back, I have requested the closure of my account.

My personal conclusion from this experience: I will no longer use this site and cannot currently recommend it based on my experience. Everyone should carefully review the bonus terms and conditions and be aware of the potential consequences.

I recommend that you refrain from placing any further bets with the bookmaker in question from the moment you submit your withdrawal request. The reason for this is that this procedure, which is also known to other users, is now common knowledge and should be easily verifiable for the bookmaker.

Personally, during the processing and payout phase, I now switch to other betting providers, such as Tipico, bet365, Tiptorro or Wettarena.
