Which casino are you talking about? Have in mind some casinos restrict their bonuses to certain countries or simply restrict specific players from taking bonuses, whatever the casino is, just ask support about it, if you were excluded by that casino from taking bonuses simply close your account and find another casino

I would like to kindly ask you to send me a list of casinos with welcome bonuses that can be played with live roulette. Most casinos that offer bonuses only allow for slots.

Hello, quite specific requirements, but I don't know if some welcome bonus can be used directly on roulette. I also found a list of no deposit bonuses and casinos where you can play roulette but you will have to see if it is possible, or players will have to recommend you if they have come across such a casino. I haven't really noticed anything like that yet, so it's hard for me to recommend you something like that.
