Free Chip, Not Free

I recently received an email with a $300 appreciation chip. No deposit required. It had the usual conditions, such as no multiple free chips in a row. I deposited $12, redeemed the bonus, and it was rejected for not meeting the requirements. I spoke with a rep via chat and was told the minimum deposit between free chips is $30. Did anyone else know this because I didn't? Nowhere in the terms and conditions is a specific amount stated. I waited a few minutes, opened the chat and got another person. I explained the situation and was told that not only was the minimum deposit between free chips $30, but that I also had to have deposited a total of $100 in the previous month in order to qualify. Hidden rules only means one thing in my opinion.

Hello there. You are right that this kind of rule should always be stated in the bonus terms, and it is very wise to read those before accepting any bonus.

Unfortunately, when it comes to bonuses, our hands are tied because it is only up to the casino to decide if and who they offer a bonus to. We, of course, know that it is not always fair.

Have you tried to confront them about it, perhaps?
