Over the last two months I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews about Fortunejack Casino. I get the impression that a casino with a long history of work is now starting to brazenly steal money from customer accounts.

As it turned out, they want to do the same with me! Now I will explain:

I created my casino account for only one purpose - sports betting. I studied all the conditions and rules of the casino and made the first deposit on February 24, 2024, I made the second deposit on March 9. I requested my first withdrawal from my account on March 31st. After complete identity verification, the request was processed.

Next, on April 7, I made the 3rd deposit of 574 USDT

And then there were surprises!

When I tried to place a bet on sports, a message popped up about some kind of error. In the support chat they told me that the provider refuses to accept bets from you. This decision of the provider and Fortunjack Casino cannot influence this.

I also want to note that no notifications were sent to me about this!

Fine. Since you won't allow me to place bets on the only service I'm interested in, then I want to withdraw all my money! And as soon as I made a request to withdraw money, I received the following answer - that you need to complete the wager of the last deposit!

Next, I write to the chat again and explain that you do not have the right to artificially limit your service like this and direct me to make a wager where I am not interested in playing! This is a fraud! If we go deeper into this topic, we can create a lottery in which the chance of winning is one in a billion and limit any services other than it, where naturally I will lose all my money! I hope you understand what I mean.

I argued for a long time in the support chat, the operator constantly created requests for his "team". And in the end, I was refused to withdraw money without terms of circulation!


Next, I point out that only the last deposit is subject to the turnover requirement, should I be allowed to withdraw at least the remaining amount of 1425USD? which I was also refused! The operator wrote directly: "I made a request to the team, you need to make a turnover of the last deposit of 574USD x2 and only after that you will have the opportunity to withdraw money"


Naturally I was very angry. This is pure fraud and I couldn't do anything about it. I started playing in the casino and made a wager of 1150USD. During this time I lost 100USD of my money, which made me very upset.

Next, I made a request to withdraw money. AND WHAT? THE FRAUDERS REFUSED TO WITHDRAW ME MY MONEY! They said that you need to make a turnover of all your deposits in your entire history! 5549USD turnover!

You understand that after such a wager, most likely there will be nothing left from my account! And the chances that after fulfilling the conditions they will give me the money are also zero!

That's why I'm writing to you so that you can influence Fortunejack scammers!!! It's very easy to calculate everything!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you use any sports betting bonuses in the past? When was the last time you deposited before the 3rd deposit mentioned in your first post? Is the wagering of your deposit visible anywhere on the website? Would it be possible to forward your full deposit and betting history to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

Wagering of the deposit is common in almost every single casino but it should be counted from the last deposit only.

my account has been fully verified since March 31st - my first withdrawal. There were bonuses if you lost money, a small cashback. But without the need for turnover. I sent you a screenshot with all transactions - 1st deposit on February 24, 2nd deposit on March 9, 3rd deposit on April 7.

On March 31, all conditions for the wager of previous deposits were met, so I was allowed to withdraw money. Then I had only one deposit - 574 USDT. I had to make a wager at the casino and the requirements for the wager were fulfilled!
