Deposited no end of money through phone bill. Finally after a month had a win so thought I'd withdraw. Only £40s but I wanted it after they'd never given me anything. Asked for documents etc to prove identity, fine. Waited 3 days for them to be approved, now been emailed to say my account is permanently excluded for some reason and I can't have the money. AVOID
