The Swedish player had completed verification for initial withdrawals, but the fourth withdrawal request for 500€ was still pending after two days. They were having issues contacting the casino as emails were being ignored and live-chat was unavailable. We had advised the player that withdrawals could take up to 14 days to process and to contact us if the money was not received after this period. We extended the complaint resolution timer by 7 days, but due to a lack of response from the player, we were unable to proceed with the investigation or provide a solution.

I have made three withdrawals.

First one i got to do verification about everything.

second time i needed to verify again.

Third time it was no hustle.


But now the fourth time: 500€ withdrawal, the money is still pending after two days eventhough it says on their website that all withdrawals are handled within 24h of successful verification (done and done several days ago) and they doesn’t answer in mail and their Live-chat seems to have dissapeared.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
