The player from Estonia had activated a €30 bonus with a 50x wagering requirement but lost the entire bonus after playing only 18% of the wagering. Despite reaching out via email for assistance, she received no response from the casino. The casino later confirmed that the bonus had been mistakenly canceled and reaccredited the entire bonus amount back to her account. The complaint was marked as resolved by the Complaints Team.

Hi, Flappy Casino give me bonus 30€ with wagering 50x. With two days must be accepted, i activated next day less then one days. I had 10 days to wager this bonus. On 21.08 which day accepted bonus, I played 18% of wagering, thats 1500 of about 400, 1100 stayed still wagered. Yesterday on 22.08 all bonus is lost. No one, doesnt respons to my emails. Totally scam casino

We would like to clarify the situation regarding the bonus you have received.


We apologise for any inconvenience caused concerning your no deposit bonus of 30 EUR. After reviewing the case, we confirmed that the bonus, which is available for 10 days to complete the wager as was correctly noted, may have been mistakenly canceled. The cancellation was not initiated on our end, so it is possible it was accidentally canceled by the player.


As of August 23rd, we have examined the matter, and the player was informed via email in the morning about the reaccrediting of the whole bonus with remaining wagering. We regret any frustration this may have caused and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for you moving forward.
