The player's withdrawal is delayed due to maximum withdrawal limits. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
Systematic violation of the rules of payments by the casino (purposefully delaying the payment of funds).
Clause 5.23 of the casino rules states:
Pay penny koshtіv for koristuvachіv:
Day limit: UAH 30,000
Tizhneviy limit: UAH 200,000
Monthly limit: UAH 500,000
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Despite this, within 18 days after the win, the withdrawal was never processed within the specified period.
For the first ten days, the payment was made every two days for the amount of the daily limit. The last week, the payment occurs once every three days for half the amount of the daily limit, the rest of the requests are simply rejected, referring to the same clause 5.23 with the mark Payout limit exceeded, clause 5.23. which, as we see, clearly violates the rules of payments.
In simple words, every three days, according to the rules, I am required to make a payment of 90,000 thousand winnings; in fact, 14,000 were paid out. Three weeks after the win, I could not withdraw even a third of the amount won.
I ask you to look into the situation and since the First.ua casino is licensed in Ukraine, please help in drawing up an official complaint to the "Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries"
Ps According to feedback from players on various sites For First.ua casino, this is a common practice of delaying payments, which is faced by more than a dozen people who played in this online institution.

Пункт правил 5.23 казино гласит :
Виплати грошових коштів для користувачів:
Денний ліміт: 30 000 гривень
Тижневий ліміт: 200 000 гривень
Місячний ліміт: 500 000 гривень
Обработка запроса вывода средств составляет 24 часа. Несмотря на это в течении 18 дней после выигрыша вывод не разу не был обработан в заданный срок.
Первые десять дней выплата производилась раз двое суток на сумму дневного лимита. Последнюю же неделю выплата происходит раз в трое суток на половину суммы от дневного лимита остальные же запросы просто отклоняют ссылаясь на тот же пункт 5.23 с пометкой Превышен лимит на выплаты, пункт 5.23. что как мы видим явно нарушает правила выплат.
Простыми словами каждые три дня по правилам мне обязаны делать выплату 90000 тысяч выигрыша на деле было выплачивается 14000. За три неделе после выигрыша я не смог вывести даже треть от выигранной суммы.
Прошу разобраться в ситуации и т.к казино First.ua имеет лицензию в Украине прошу помочь в составлении официальной жалобы в "Комиссию по регулированию азартных игр и лотерей"
P.s Согласно отзывам от игроков на различных сайтах Для казино First.ua это обыденная практика затягивания выплат с которой столкнулись далеко не один десяток человек игравших в данном онлайн заведении.

Please note that if the casino pays but slower, it's not something we can punish the casino for. Delays are the most common issues when we solve complaints. The process can be slower due many factors outside the casino as well.
