Dear casino guru.


 I made a deposit to Fight Club Casino on December 8th using a credit card and Payz, and after playing, I applied for a withdrawal. 


The next day, December 9th, I was requested to provide the past month's credit card statement as a required document, and I submitted it to the casino. 


Then, on December 15th, the casino informed me that I could not withdraw money unless I multiplied the deposit amount x 3, so I applied for a withdrawal again after multiplying the deposit amount x 3. 

However, a few days later, my account was closed for no reason and I received an email from the casino informing me that my balance would be refunded. 


I requested a refund using the Payz ID that I used to make the deposit, and the casino accepted, but two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the money. 

I have contacted the casino many times via live chat, but the only reply I get is a copy-paste response that says, "We will do it as soon as possible." 


The amount deposited is approximately $9,000 and the amount requested for withdrawal is approximately $5,500.


I haven't used any bonuses etc.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Since when exactly is the refund pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they ever explain the account closure?

Please note that we always recommend 14 days for a payment to be processed.

thank you for your reply. 


My account was verified on December 8th. 


The first withdrawal application was on December 8th, but it was canceled once because additional documents were requested. 


The second withdrawal request was made on December 11th, but the casino then instructed me to bet 3 times the deposit amount on December 15th. 


The third withdrawal request was on December 16th, but the account was closed on December 19th. 


We asked the casino to explain the reason for the closure, but the only explanation was that it was a management decision. 


After that, I received a refund information from the casino, and at first I was asked for my bank remittance address, which I answered, but a few days later I was informed that bank remittance was not possible. 

Then, I was asked to provide my Payz ID in order to receive a refund using my e-wallet, so I responded, but I still haven't received my refund. 


I gave my payz ID on December 23rd, but I have been requesting a payz withdrawal since my first withdrawal application.



The last time we communicated was on December 30th, but every day we received only copy-paste instructions such as ``We'll do it as soon as possible.''
