The player from Malaysia is inquiring about website accessibility. The casino failed to reply to our messages, therefore we couldn't proceed with further investigation and we were forced to close the complaint as unresolved.
Casino Website is down..Unable to access since the 7th of August...No Announcement made,No communications...They says the website is under going a maintenance but didnot fix it for 7days long.Plese do pay a visit to their website and find whether they are fraud.Thank You

Yes it happens to everyone...they held players' fund..every members has the same issues not only happens to me..they turned off the live chat too,,very irresponsible behavior by a well known casino.
Is there any ways to prosecute the casino???Drop their reputation ratings?? Is that possible?? 8days into the maintenance still hasn't solve anything.

howard33, unfortunately, the casino still hasn't replied. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
