Hi,
I won 11000 Euros after depositing a few 1000 Euros last weekend. I have gone through KYC and everything was ok. The terms and conditions state that I should have my withdrawal approved within 3 days, but 5 days later I keep hearing that I need to be patient. They preach quick payouts but nothing is true. I was able to deposit by bank transfer, but payout is only through Crypto. So all the other payouts on their website are also wrong.
