I have deposited to the casino 2184 euros and won 2518 euros. I have also verified account as needed to make deposits over 2000 euros on this casino. Today after played all the bonus offers fully in terms of conditions i tried make withdrawal using trustly and euteller they rejected withdrawal. I used both of this as deposit methods.

28.10 chat support was available. They answered the problem that part of the winnings 600 euro have to make with euteller and other half 1918 euros with trustly and after that withdrawal got cancelled. They answered this and this is technical difficulty on the system. They also said that they are going to fix that issue as soon as possible. Today i have made another withdrawal and chat support is not available again.

As your account got verified only a few days ago, and the casino might experience some technical difficulties with the payment provider, I would definitely recommend to wait at least a week for the payments to arrive. We usually recommend to wait even 2 weeks so you are still within a very good time frame.
