The player from Switzerland has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Fairspin.io initially rejected all of my withdrawals, allegedly due to technical issues. After 7 attempts, it finally went through. The support team informed me that the money should arrive in my account on the same day. However, four days later, the money still hasn't appeared in my account. In the preceding days, the casino kept telling me to wait a little longer. Now they have written the following: "We are sorry for this inconvenience, however, this is solely on the payment provider. We approved your transaction immediately and sent a request to the payment provider to transfer the funds to your account. The issues with this transaction are on their end, not ours. We are trying to help you."

This is extremely frustrating; I am constantly being put off and given false promises.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
