They will not release my winnings of $2500. I tried to withdraw my winnings on 15 July 2022 but they keep telling me it's still processing. It's been 27 days now and they still keep telling me to be patient it's on the way.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thanks for replying so promptly. Yes my withdrawal is still pending without being processed. My winnings were accumulated without an active bonus. I keep annoying them 3 or 4 times everyday via live chat wanting to know when I will be paid. They keep assuring me that I will recieve my winnings "soon" and just to be patient. They tell me that they are so busy and are always apologetic. They keep telling me that my case has been escalated and is a priority which clearly is not the case

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Finally I got paid. It's only taken 41 days and literally 80-90 emails I had sent. So all you guys and girls out there who are owed keep hassling them and don't give up. Casino guru thanks for your help
