this company did not pay my winning money,so dirty i have lost many then when i win and want to withdraw they block my number..shame on them.!!

i have not uses any bonuses,i played slots game then got lucky win random jackpot..when i want to withdraw my winning money they said system problem then suddenly block my account also block my whatup..i have successfully completed my account verification and before they blocked my account i had withdrawl RM250 but when i wanted to withdrawl RM3750 they blocked my account..please be fair and dont cheat..please sir help me

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
