The player replied by email. He made the withdrawal request on 9.1.2020.

Dear Saiful,

 

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. It may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Therefore, we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. In this case, I recommend you wait till the end of the week. If you don't receive the money by then, let me know and I will try to contact the casino.

Hello Saiful,

I've contacted the casino repeatedly, but I'm afraid, I won't be able to help you. I've asked the live chat support to put me through to someone in charge but they either don't understand English or they won't help me. Since the casino has no license and we don't know who the owner is, there is not much we can do. The only thing I can do is to close the complaint as unresolved. This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand, this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. I really wish I was of more help.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
