While joining Extra Vegas Casino I had a chat explaining how I’ve previously played on a casino that scammed me for random over betting rules. Extra Vegas live chat told me oh sorry to hear that we don’t have anything like that here etc, so I play play play lost a lot finally won.. and on last day of pending withdrawal they send me a DECLINED* stating I broke TOS betting over $5. meanwhile I asked live chat prior to initial deposit about this and they will not pay me out and expect me to keep depositing stupid crooks, don’t trust any of them ExtraVegas, SpartanSlots, RichCasino, Box24Casino, CasinoMoons, they will take all deposits but moment you try to withdrawal they’ll pull something outta their sleeve so crooked and cruel they profit off me and if I win they just say oh no sorry. dont Mess with these guys you’re getting robbed from the beginning.

I’ve contacted Extra Vegas Live chat multiple times, I’m furious they won’t give me my Live Chat Transcripts they keep going back to oh you broke our TOS, as I previously stated before depositing I have a good conversation with live chat about my previous experience on 6Black casino where I won 6000Euros on angler and same situation some weird overbetting rule I’ve had no idea about. So when joining extra Vegas I brought all of this up in high detail and their live chat literally said " sorry you had the experience, we don’t have any rules like that here. And further more made me feel comfortable and safe to play on their site. I made many deposits and would bet small and move up if I won. when I won the $2209 I started betting at $5 mainly the entire time ( which is what happened to be the max bet

bonus or something but I had no clue because live chat previous convos.  Live chat was saying oh wow great nice win keep going etc. Just to pull all this and cancel my withdrawal and say I overbetting. You don’t know how furious I am pull up all of my live chat transcript and realize that they’re are deceiving liars with no hearts and lies to me to make me play now I’m screwed again exact same situation twice!!!! They don’t care man it’s sickening and it’s de ja vu they know about my whole issue / question said no I’m fine then say hey you broke it like omg

They take my deposits so fast yes I played with a match bonus but still I asked extra Vega about betting size rules they claimed we don’t have that rule here. It’s all in their transcripts if they will actually provide them and not pull more strings around.

Again prior depositing on Extra Vegas, I had a few lengthly chats about a previous situation where i deposited money and played on 6Blackcasino.com that is where I had some crazy luck where I was betting $30-$90 spin and I won $6000EUROS and was later thrown with the Overbetting Rule and everything was confiscated. so Before depositing on extra Vegas I basically vented and told them the exact situation in high detail about everything, so I wanted to know prior to playing that I am not breaking any rule before I even deposit, I was told by live chat sorry josh for that experience but we Extra Vegas " do not have a rule like that here. " 

 

it was a good convo I was scared so much to put money on sites, anyways I went back to angler which I previously got confiscated on 6black and always have this feeling like oh maybe I will win if I play angler but usually I am afraid to play it and avoid, anyways I played angler at $5 for a long time. unTIL my balance was large and realized wow I can take I did the odd raise to $10 having no knowledge I’m breaking any rules because I’ve asked live chat prior about this EXACT problem! Anyways drop back to $5 because I was like hmm feels safe no overbetting etc... played chili pop I bought the feature for $279.00 did a few spins at $5-10 and got off, now I really regret the buy feature all though it wasn’t what I expected didn’t win anything I. Came close to even anyways i basically bet $5 majority and the odd up with no knoedge of overbetting

I’m trying best to provide all relevant documents while I may not know how to properly access the information you want I am trying. I’m just being Completely  honest if I didn’t feel like I was cheated etc not trying to bash, I wouldn’t be sitting here trying to prove my case. I’m not trying to make this a guilty story but, I literally got kicked out today at 3am due to reasons out of my control or fault not going to get into that but now I’m stuck trying to find a place to rent, I was a loyal customer and very faithful in extra Vegas. I really talked to live chat specifically about stupid overbetting rules, but live chat said they don’t have that here. Man and if you check my logs like 85-90%+ of spins were $5 under... I got screwed because a couple of bigger bets and being given incorrect information that I cleared up before I would even deposit on the site. Not fair at all. I said do you have this rule! It was told no sorry josh we don’t have that rule here, then I deposit lots of money and win something that isn’t huge but would really help my financial situation and now they have the rule I broke it etc and everything confiscated! Totally unfair

Where are the Live Chat Logs from the beginning of time! You guys are so crooked and cruel! It’s pathetic! It’s obvious you will never pay anybody! upon deposit your system makes our funds into a different currency in game / on your system so overbetting rule is always broken, but we see our local currency when behind computers it’s not! Secondly you can never win/get paid out because they will only let you win while under some t&c so if you do win and are smart

to withdrawal they’ll be flipping through pages of excuses... I wish I knew you had a gaming license from curaçao that right there means Scam because 6blackcasino had the same "licenses" which aren’t proper license so they can do say whatever  they want. It’s sad because I could walk into my local OLG and they could give me $200CAD free bonus I could put it in bet

whatever max win and then be able to withdraw simultaneously no stipulations. like this is just f***d up.
