I signed up yesterday I deposited $ 30 and won $ 300 yeah. but I was asked for proofs for verification, normal. So I sent - a copy of my passport, - a copy of an invoice with my name + address - and a copy of the deposit transaction with the name of the merchant, the amount of $ 30, the day and time and the date. My passport, (accepted) Proof of address with name (accepted) Proof of gigadat transaction with amount, time, date, merchant name (refused) because my name does not appear (noted the client's name does not appear on this proof only the name, of the gigadat merchant, of the bank, and the name of the casino.). So I sent a copy of my bank statement with transaction of $ 30 because my name appears there (refused because the name of the merchant and the time does not appear) It is impossible to have in a single document all the information requested. Despite everything they have in hand to identify me, they keep refusing me. this is the first time a casino has done this and it is a terrible disservice.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying the payment method seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?
