I have been waiting for almost 5 days for my withdrawal, which is still pending, I have already complained in the chat and by email more than 20 times and there is no explanation, on the 12th to 5th day ago they asked again to forward self and document, because I had already done that, it was forwarded and approved, they just need to pay me, but nothing and not even an explanation about it, today they started not answering my emails anymore.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
