The Complaints Team had advised him that such delays were often due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests, and suggested waiting at least 14 days after requesting a withdrawal before submitting a complaint. Following this advice, the player had confirmed that he received his withdrawal, and the case had been marked as resolved by the team.

I requested a withdrawal numerous times. Provided additional selfies which were requested. Answer a questionnaire regarding the source of my funds and the withdrawal is still being rejected. I was asked to request a withdrawal by Bank Transfer where the minimum withdrawable amount is 500 euros...


To me it seems like the casino is looking for a way not to process my withdrawal

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
