The Complaints Team requested additional information from the player but received no response. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to the lack of further communication and evidence from the player.

A game crashed on a site over a month ago. I was about to win at least 213 euro possibly more I'm not sure as the game crashed half way through a hot spin. I reported issue immediately yet the site has done nothing to fix my issue in over 4 weeks as I am still waiting to hear something.i co tact support every week yet nothing new happened each time they say the same thing and offer to put a priority on my issue.


At this stage I feel they are ignoring me and hope I go away and they dont have to pay out what j was about to win.


I even have screen shots of the error saying it is an internal error yet customer service link me to terms and co editions every time I ask for up dates. They remind me to read user agreement where all game crashes are customers problem and not the websites yet the game crash clearly says internal error
