Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Since when is the withdrawal pending? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

As your withdrawal s pending only for 4 days, I would not worry at all. We always do recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days for a withdrawal to be processed. I can understand that it might seem strange as some casinos process them faster but there are many aspect you have to take into consideration. It take time for the casino to check if all the bonus conditions were met (as you did play with a bonus) and the winnings are legitimate. Also even if they approve the withdrawal, it may take time for their payment provider to process it as well as for your payment provider to receive it.

Everything is fine like i wrote before

I got my money within 2 hours, they have really good withdrawl system and support was helpful. That's why i wasn't answering fast

I was really turned up after winning, that's why i wrote a complaint. Couldn't wait to have it
