I won £100 and withdrawn these funds after I done this I got asked to send documents to get verified I have sent numerous ones I got told today I would be verified and my withdrawl will be processed soon after this has not been done the casino reply to my querys and all agents tell me different things I am also blocked from singing in to my account I have screenshots of my withdrawl I made and of being blocked off my account I also have a screenshot on the live agent telling me that verification will be today and that my documents are all fine and will get verified no bother been waiting 2 days on the process being completed.

Hi there I have sent bank statements if pdf format as requested a selfie with myself holding my driving licence and proof of my address I have also send my bank card back and front I have not been told that any have been verified I got told standard time frame is 1-3 days early Friday morning 22nd November the verification started I got told by a live support agent yesterday my account will be verified later on yesterday I'm still waiting and I am still blocked out my account I contacted later on yesterday and got told the verification won't be done so I'm getting told differently.

Am I able to get help they have verified my documents although still no sign of my withdrawl they told me yesterday it would be 24 hours but 24 hours have passed now.
