The player from Peru hasn't received all her winnings because the casino closed months ago. We advised the player to contact the owner, but since this specific casino was closed, we were forced to mark this complaint as unresolved.

I had a nice win playing at Eat Sleep Bet and they were paying me 4,000 Euros per month. This was going ok until the website disapeared in September of 2021. I contacted Curaçao eGaming, and they said that they don't operate the casino. However, on archive.org you can see that it says:

"Eat Sleep Bet Casino is Licensed under Mountberg BV, a company based at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao, under gaming License number 1668/JAZ issued by Curacao eGaming, authorised and regulated by the Government of Curacao."

A different casino owned by Mountberg BV shows a license by Antillephone Services N.V.. They don't ever answer my emails either.

Is there any way to get this company to pay?

Could you please advise when exactly you received your last withdrawal?

Do I understand correctly that the disputed amount (€8,489) is the amount of money that was left to withdraw?

Hi Kristina,

I received my last withdrawal on August 29th. Correct, €8,489 is the amount left to withdraw.


The casino is closed, however Mountberg BV is still operational.

Thank you for your reply, Nazia. At this point, we would generally ask the casino for assistance and to investigate or explain the issue. However, since the casino was closed months ago, we are not able to proceed with this complaint. The only thing I can recommend trying is to contact the Mountberg BV directly. This is the email address I found compliance@mountberg.biz. Hopefully, they will be willing to help.

At the same time, we are left with no other option than to close this complaint as unresolved. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with any other casino and we will try our best to help.
