I topped up the account with UAH 500 + UAH 75 commission, and won UAH 10,600, and I cannot withdraw this winnings, when I perform withdrawal actions, the site tells me to contact support, and support does not work on this site

I fully understand this is not a solution for you. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do. This Casino is not a legit one and you fell for a scam.
I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help. We have tried to contact the casino several times to give them a chance to react. Sadly, there has been no reply at all. The least we could do is issue a warning for the casino and lower their rating to a minimum.
