The team had extended the response time by 7 days, but the player did not respond. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Made a withdrawel submitted my id and passport numerous times saying it isn’t seeing it properly , can’t speak to live chat and can’t do anything else.
