After winning $2000 at ducky luck casino on the 24th of Oct. I requested a withdrawal through bitcoin which I also used to deposit. After sending requested documentation they approved my withdrawal on Oct 28th. I went to my bitcoin wallet and it showed that it had been received however. directly above it I noticed the transaction pending. I waited for 2 days then contacted Alex at bitcoin online chat support. After a long session of back and forth with me at 62 having a bit of a learning curve, I was eventually able to provide Alex with the transaction ID as well as the blockchain hash tag ID required to do an investigation to why my withdrawal was still pending. I was shocked to find out that after a thorough investigation, they said ducky luck had requested an invalid transaction request? I was confused and ask him to please explain. He said that unfortunately the transaction had already been used? Still confused. Yes, He then sent me a link to send to ducky luck that came directly from the blockchain investigation team. There was a lot more questions I had but Alex said I needed to contact ducky luck and tell them to send a valid transaction request because the one they sent doesn't exist. Yesterday I sent them numerous emails back to back pleading with them to correct this and send a valid transaction request, that I needed to be paid. I'd won that money fair & square.

Not only have they not responded. My chat has been frozen for days. They said they would fix it but it's still not available. This makes it even harder to contact them since they offer NO PHONE SUPPORT. This is wrong, I have a life to live and the weather in Denver will soon be too cold to enjoy yet I'm stuck inside sending request to you , them

and anyone else who will listen & try and help me to get this casino to pay me my $2000.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Everything you say is absolutely correct. What I havent shown anyone yet is the guts of this nightmare. First of all this has nothing to do with my verification documents, nothing to do with the casino just taking longer than usual, sometimes it just takes longer. None of that plays any role in what they have done. My apologies for not being more thorough in my initial post. Honestly, Im worn out, Im mentally drained, Ive havent chatted so much in my intire life, had to actually pull information out of bitcoin, blockchain, and anyone else I could think of to help me wrap my head around this. It had to make sense to me before I could fight back effectively and not look stupid. I read as much as I had to until I could explain to others what took place, Im happy that the stress and painful fingers have been worth it because I found proof of absolute theft. Im going to be putting the transaction receipt online everywhere. What this casino has done is utterly insane. One cannot outrun a footprint when it comes to sending transaction request with bitcoin. The blockchain records all transactions, they dont miss anything. That said, On Oct 28th they approved my withdrawal and sent the transaction request to my bitcoin wallet. The problem was the transaction that they sent me was an invalid TR. It took me a couple of days chatting with Alex from bitcoin to locate what was needed to actually find this out, Im 62yrs old and I didnt know much about bitcoin transactions, enough to send money to ducky luck obviously however, after the pending status continued an investigation was done by blockchain, who discovered why my funds were pending so long. I was sent an invalid transaction, meaning it doesnt exist, my wallet was never funded, is how Alex explained it to me. Anyway. After numerous emails, a lot of them with no response, I contacted bitcoin again and ask for a status update. I had hoped they would send a valid TR and be done with it. They had not, in fact what I found out next was, remember, Id ask bitcoin support for a status update. Alex comes back and tells me, the transaction is valid... I was so excited and then he ask me to verify my wallet address etc, I did that. He then tells me, unfortunately, Ducky luck did send a valid TR however, it seems they have sent the funds to a different wallet address. Im like what? What does that even mean? He said, Im sorry LeAnn but your wallet address dosent appear anywhere in the blockchain. They havent funded your wallet, ever. So sorry. Thats whats happened.

Hearing that was crushing to me. I was remembering all the things the casino had done up to the point of actually paying me. They processed my documents pretty quick, then I get this email, with a YOUVE BEEN PAID!

CONGRATULATIONS, blah blah.... Heres what sickening about this, they have been sent screen shots of the invalid request, links from the blockchain where it clearly shows that they never paid me. They have the gull to respond by sending me the wallet address, blockchain info, everything, right but they are trying to have everyone believe that it my wallet! I lost my mind. Then they go on to say, the wallet address is the one that attached to my file in their system on the site and the one that I used for my withdrawal request! There are no words that can express my complete dismay. Are they insane. Seriously, they think if they say it enough somehow that makes it true? Not sure. I understand that with crypto currency there are no rules, your on your own. They say if you get scammed, it on you. All the Miners, nodes try to get ahead of these crooks however, that tech knowledge is way above my skill set. Today they sent me yet another of the same garbage, Not sure what Im going to do, but Im not going away, Ive been contacted by other players who they ripped off for winnings of 20k, can you imagine? Its just awful.. They are thieves and Im going to prove my claim by putting all the receipts showing what they did to me. They stole my money... Its that simple. Stay away people.... they are crooks

Phew, Im exhausted. Now you know. Shortly Ill be sharing the facts so everyone will be able to do the math and look online, which its all public info. Its all there. Sadly...

All of it, its a lot of emails, the majority of them repeating the same request and telling them about the invalid transaction request, giving them evidence of the invalid transaction. They wont even acknowledge the fact that it even happened. There only response is telling me they have paid me along with a bitcoin address and the blockchain hash that belongs to that wallet. The problem is that that address is not attached to my wallet address whatsoever. The information that they are continuing to claim as evidence of them paying me is the actual wallet address of the person who stole my funds. Its shocking. They are even claiming that this wallet information is the same address thats in my file, in thier system and the one I used when I requested the withdrawal. Its really bad.

I can send you the screen shots of the invalid transaction request which was sent by them to my actual wallet address as well as the pending status directly above it. I also have the key hash which Alex from bitcoin confirmed showed that on Monday, the transaction was valid however, it seems they had sent the valid transaction to a completely different wallet, that unfortunately, my wallet address was not associated with the valid transaction request. I have the transaction receipt.


Ive spent hours trying to understand how they did this however, after opening different areas of the pages, the block number following it has become so confusing. This amount of data has become overwhelming and is way above my skill set to unwind. Thats where your team can help, hopefully.

I have wonderful news, Ive been paid. Heres a tip: One would think that when you contact bitcoin support, that what they are telling you is the truth. Especially if your green when it comes to understanding bitcoin transactions. Apparently, what Alex told me, through links and pretty much everything else I needed to support that investigation, wasnt true. Im completely confused about what actually happened. Whats strange is my bitcoin wallet is still showing that transaction to be pending, an invalid transaction. For over a week I hung on every word Alex told me, shared it with you and everyone I could think of. Ive posted on this site numerous times, even sending documents to support that I thought would help my claim. Again, Duckyluck Casino, paid me in full. I am going to contact others at blockchain, and bitcoin and try to sort out what happened. My apologies to the community for anything Ive said about DL as they did what they claimed they had done.
