The Complaints Team had advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. The player was contacted by the casino and informed that his account had been verified and his withdrawal was pending approval. However, the player did not respond to further messages from the Complaints Team, leading to the complaint being rejected due to lack of response.

I have been asked for verification 4 separate times and have provided documentation over and over and told 72 hours over and over. I have over $65,000 sitting on the site and a $2500 withdrawal pending for 8 days. I also now lost access to my account as I can’t sign in. Please help!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have not but they did finally contact me and say I’ve been verified but that the withdrawal must next be approved.
