Hi. I used a no deposit bonus for the first time.
https://www.thebigfreechiplist.com/Bono-Codigos-Dreams-Casino/1
Use my 20 freespin and add them to the bonus. I kept playing and met the wagering conditions. So I add 100 removable dollars in my account. Continue playing until you win 1260.20 dollars. I contacted the chat to ask how I can withdraw the balance and at the end of the conversation they lowered my withdrawable balance to 2.20 dollars.
I read the terms and conditions and that money corresponds to me
Hola. He usado un bono de no depósito por primera vez.
https://www.thebigfreechiplist.com/Bono-Codigos-Dreams-Casino/1
Dear Oscar,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about the issue with the bonus. I contacted the casino via live chat, and I asked about the bonus code you used. They told me that this bonus code is an affiliate promotion for players from US and Australia. This may be the reason for confiscating your winnings.
Did you contact the casino regarding this issue? I would like to know if they gave you any reason for this.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Kristina

They did not justify the confiscation. being that the bond is only valid for those countries. How was it possible that I used it? I have played from Spain.
no justificaron la confiscacion. siendo que el bono solo es valido para esos paises. como fue posible que yo lo haya utilizado? he jugado desde españa.
We would like to ask the casino to comment on this case.

Hey Oscar,
There are a few issues here, as you did have multiple free chips in a row in violation of the terms and conditions of the casino there's no need to really go much further than that.
Section 4 of the rules regarding No Deposit Bonuses speaks directly to this:
No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)
Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:
4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
That said it is correct that the no deposit bonus you were playing on was not valid, many 3rd party websites take it on themselves to offer "the best bonuses" to players but aren't always forthcoming as to the rules regarding them. The best way to assure a bonus is valid for you personally is either to have it issued directly by the casino and it's affiliates, or simply to come to us and ask before redemption and play. We are always happy to help.
Best wishes and I hope this clarifies things for you.
Sincerely,
Nick and Dreams Casino

Dreams Casino provided the evidence, that the player used the promocode multiple times and that he redeemed multiple free bonuses at the same time, therefore we rejected this complaint.
