After some time, the player confirmed that they had received their winnings. Consequently, we marked the complaint as resolved.

I made a withdrawal 5000€. It's been so many days and no response. I've made in the past one more withdrawal and was approved in 3 days. I made this time 5000 and got on my account 10000 more. Cause of the week limit of 5000 couldn't withdrawal more. Need to wait one week after the first one approved to make another. Live chat and email saying it's about the financial traffic but they make me have my worries. I don't believe that's a scam casino but I need some help. Can you check it for me please?

I've made in the past a withdrawal with dreambet an amount of 4000. Was credited in 3 days

I successfully passed the KYC at the beginning of my account in dreambet to could withdrawal the amount of 4000

The winnings didn't come with active bonus or free spins.

After 2 weeks keep telling about the workload.

I trusted this casino cause of my first quick withdrawal but I don't know why is this happening.
