THE CASINO IS CALLED BUBBLESBET.COM


I deposited £700 at this 'casino'. All transactions appeared as something different each time, not even casino related eg. Cartflow, technologies etc. So couldn't be flagged as gambling transaction even with having card freeze on for gambling.

Anyway, I got in touch to request a refund as I am registered on gamstop have been for 4 years, I have gambling issues. The casino clearly hasn't done any checks or kyc checks to even flag this up so shouldn't have been allowed to make an account in first place.

I got in touch only to be told they 'don't do refunds' and once I stated I have gambling issues their reply was ' do I want my account to be closed?' . I am shocked this was even asked it should be closed as soon as I stated my gambling addiction.

Please help I don't want this to be ignored

Could you please advise when did you first mention gambling addiction to the casino? Is your account currently still open or closed already? How much is or was your real money balance there?

Please note that as the casino has no UKGC, your gamstop registration has zero effect here and you need to request for exclusion directly in the casino.

Hi

I spoke on live chat on 24th Feb about my gambling issues, I closed it on the same day.

I deposited £ 700 which showed as other transactions not related to gambling, I had my card freeze on also for gambling transactions so this wouldn't have happened if the company used the correct transaction.

Hello Jessb96,

Unfortunately this is not something anybody could affect. It's entirely up to the casino what companies or payment method do they use to deposit or withdraw money to players. Also as stated above, as the casino owns no license in UK, gamstop registration is basically useless in this case.

As the casino closed your account right after your request, they did everything according to their terms and conditions and they are not obligate to refund any balance.
