I have withdrawal 3 times and only received 1 of 3

there 2/3 didn’t come through only received 1 and I contact my vip staff and they keep

mentioning they payed me but I. Ask them show me receipt they can only show me 1 doc receipt

And keep requesting my bank statement pdf I done that now they ain’t responding today a whole month since I made the withdrawal

I haven’t. Recieve 1 withdrawal of $1600 n 1 withdrawal of $1200

there was 2 withdrawal of $1200 that was because my max I can withdrawal to my vip level at the time they sent me 1 withdrawal of $1200 so I’m not sure which 1 is the one but think it the last $1200 they paid but there 2 missing withdrawal not recieved if I ask for the doc recipt they send me only 1

They haven’t requested kyc

I won it with my deposit no bonus
