hello.


I have multiple whitdrawals which dont get processed at all, i try to contact the support and gets the answear that its a problem with the payment provider. But there trying to collaborate to fix this.


suddenly support stops to answear and my withdrawals are still not processed


i have done withdrawals before and are fully verified on the website. I dont know what to do. It states that withdrawals are handed within 24 hours but this has taken over 5 days with no information or updates regarding my withdrawals since the support team stopped answearing my messages.

FYI i had been verified for over a month and winnings were without a bonus.
