After the Complaints Team explained the usual withdrawal process and advised patience, the player confirmed that her issue was resolved. I recently had a withdraw for $100 in which (which I wasnt informed that in order to have verifications) that I needed all of my debit cards numbers to be able to withdraw. Now I played at their casino and played out so much money playing there pretty much everyday since I started playing last year.So I called them to verify my information and I was told to call back the next day because it wasnt the weekday so called back the next morning and the ended up having to call me back because there was noone available st that time to do the verification process.Two hours later a guy called me back and asked me dj or all of the debit cards I used for that casino,I've been playing there for a long time ,so some accounts I've closed out and no longer had access to those card numbers.So I informed the guy I had 8 or nine of the cards in which i could only give him the last four digits of those .So he bnb told me that he would email me something so that i could send them a screenshot of the cards I do have and he'll have his manager take a look at then to see if I could be verified through the ones I do have.So I waited bnb for the email,nothing the rest if the day.So I took it bnb upon myself bbn to email them twice with the information requested. Still no answer and I bemievd ch they are dodging me.They already told me i was approved for my winnings as well.So I'm really confused. Thank you for your time.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
