The player from Greece has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The player decided to close his Casino.guru account, therefore, we were forced to close this complaint.

I have been trying for many days now to complete my withdrawals (verified account) .

I have made lots of withdraws with Mastercard (from which i have received withdraws many times from other casinos with 450 euros max limit)

But Dexterbet 

1. Has never completed my withdrawals

2. They have never sent me an email to clarify what the problem is,if any.

In chat-support, they ultimately told me that there is a technical problem with Mastercard. 

They urged me to use WALLET for my withdrawals.

I opened a new account on Jeton (verified account).

Today, i tried to make a withdraw on Jeton but their system didnt let me complete the withdraw because it threw the following error message "In order to use this method to withdraw, it must first be registered as a payment method. Please contact support for assistance".

In chat, they informed me that because my initial deposit was made with Mastercard, their relevant department should approve the deposit.

Dexterbet is always finding excuses to not complete my withdrawals in order to lose my money-wins.

Please im asking for your help for this abusing behavior.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yesterday the company blocked access to my account with the message "Your Account Is Frozen For 30 More Days."


Today I received the following email:

"........Dear Member,


Kindly note that your account has been frozen and it is being reviewed by our risk department.

You will be notified on the status of your account accordingly, once the review is finished, please be informed that it may last up to 30 days.


Please provide us with this documents:

Please send us again the same you send it before in high resolution.

Also send us selfie holding a piece of paper with "dexterbet512487" written on it


Thank you.........."


I answer with this email:

".....Hi

I am sending you the same documents that I sent to Jeton when I opened an account at your prompt in Chat Support.

I also send screenshots with my certified Jeton account.

The selfie photos are in high resolution with an iphone and are the same ones I sent to Jeton to verify my account.

I am also sending you a Mastercard statement that I made the deposit and the same was accepted by Jeton as proof of my residential address.

Please stop making excuses and technical problems for me to complete my withdrawals.

section it is clearly stated that for the amounts exceeding 2000 euros

we reserve the right to carry out security reviews.

To withdrawal the money please use another method so we can complete the transactions.

For the rest of the money you need to wager it x35 to convert it into real

so you can withdrawal them.

Their answer is unacceptable and they are lying.


My winnings of 9,000 euros were after completing Wager x35.


=== ARBITRARY MAX CACHOUT

Like all serious casinos in the world, the max cacheout had to be calculated at the time the Wager x35 is filled and not when the player requests a withdrawal of winnings.

Arbitrarily, from the total amount of 9000 euros, approximately 3000 euros were left free for withdrawal and the other 6,263 euros were put into bonus status (again) with a wager factor of x35.

== WAGER 219,209 EURO!!

That is, I would have to make a total worth of spins in the casino 6.263x35=Points Needed=219209 !!!

== 54,800 SPINS REQUIRED !!

That means I would have to do 54,800 casino spins!!! x max per spin 4 euro = 219.2019 wager value needed !!

Yet !!

Endless hours over 3 days I managed and completed the required wager of 219,219 euros and heroically and with luck kept the remaining profits of 4391 euros from the 6,263 under bonus amount!

And suddenly when 100% of the Wager has been filled, they send me a popup message with a text

 "Congratulations, You Have Fulfilled Your Bonus Requirements, Bonus Balance Of 0.3 Was Added To Your Real Balance. Remaining Bonus Balance Of 4391.35 Was Over The Maximum Payout Ratio And Was Forfeited. At 15.12.2022 03:54:05"

That is, they disappeared all my profits of 4391 euros and left me only 0.3 euros !!

== NO RESPONSE

No explanation, no response to the many emails I've sent to support@dexterbet.com & kyc@dexterbet.com and online chat support!

== INITIAL WITHDRAWALS EXECUTED 2600 euros

From the initial withdrawal amount of 2600 euros that they had allowed me to withdraw and after many messages yesterday a deposit of 1000 euros was made to the Jeton account that I opened at their request (mastercard they could not send money).

2600-1000=1600 euro withdrawals that they say they sent to a Jeton account have been missing for days.

And for these withdrawals they still don't give any answer.

It is the worst I have come across 20 years casino player, and I have played in over 40 casinos.

Liars and scammers who only know how to grab players' deposits and then ignore them completely.
